Process memory exhaustion via unchecked IAMF count

Uncontrolled resource consumption in FFmpeg 8.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to exhaust process memory through a crafted IAMF file. The IAMF demuxer's mix_presentation_obu() allocates a language-label array from count_label before checking that the OBU contains matching data. Parsing or probing the 17-byte file can request multi-gigabyte allocation and trigger an OOM kill, without confidentiality or integrity impact.
