Stored XSS via unsanitized ticket replies
Published Jul 27, 2026 · Updated Jul 27, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Creativeitem Ekushey Project Manager CRM 5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The Reply Ticket field accepts arbitrary HTML and JavaScript, stores the reply, and renders it on the Support Ticket detail page without neutralizing executable markup. Client access is required, and execution occurs when a Staff or Administrator user views the affected ticket, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled script behavior.
