Client-to-staff script execution via unsanitized name rendering
Published Jul 27, 2026 · Updated Jul 27, 2026
Stored XSS in Creativeitem Ekushey Project Manager CRM 5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in staff browsers. The Edit Profile flow stores a client-supplied Name value without sanitization, and client and project tables render that value without output encoding. Client-level access is required to plant the payload, which runs when Staff or Administrator users open the affected management pages and can act within those browser sessions.
