Account shadowing via nonunique client email
Published Jul 27, 2026 · Updated Jul 27, 2026
Authentication logic error in Creativeitem Ekushey Project Manager CRM 5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to shadow client accounts. The client-creation path permits duplicate email values, while login queries match email and password together instead of resolving a unique identity. Administrator access is required to create the duplicate; matching passwords make one record unreachable, while distinct passwords select different accounts under one email.
