Authenticated build-secret disclosure via mismatched repository scope

Authorization bypass in JFrog Artifactory allows remote authenticated users to read protected build environment secrets across repositories. The environment-properties retrieval path trusts a caller-selected readable repository parameter instead of enforcing the protected build's repository scope. Read access to an ordinary repository and a protected build is sufficient to disclose stored environment properties; no write or service-interruption impact is demonstrated.
