CVE-2026-66003Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Authenticated data disclosure via unchecked linked-record joins

Published Aug 26, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026

Incorrect authorization in Frappe Framework before 15.115.0 allows remote authenticated users to read linked records through REST. DatabaseQuery resolves dot-notation fields into joins without consistently applying the linked DocType's read and permission-query conditions. Low-privileged access and an exposed Link field are required, and the resulting disclosure is limited to fields retrieved from otherwise unauthorized linked records.
