Allocation takeover via unbound mobility ticket

Authorization bypass in coturn before 4.15.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over active TURN allocations via resumed REFRESH requests. In handle_turn_refresh, an attacker-supplied mobile ID selects the victim allocation while existing attacker credentials prevent copy_auth_parameters from binding authentication to its owner. Exploitation requires --mobility, valid long-term credentials, an active victim allocation, and its MOBILITY-TICKET; takeover exposes and permits injection of relayed traffic and interrupts the victim's relay.
