Authentication-secret disclosure via skipped project encryption

Cleartext storage in Langflow OSS before 1.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to expose project authentication secrets. The create_project endpoint persists auth_settings without applying encrypt_auth_settings before writing the project record. A valid low-privilege account and project-creation access are required; access to the stored record then reveals API keys or OAuth client secrets.
