Memory exhaustion via unchecked clipboard chunk accumulation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Deskflow before 1.26.0.300 allows attackers to exhaust memory via crafted clipboard chunk messages. ClipboardChunk::assemble() appends each remote DCLP DataChunk to the cached clipboard buffer without enforcing either the DataStart-declared size or the local clipboard receive limit, and it detects the mismatch only when DataEnd arrives. Any connected peer in an active Deskflow session can drive either the client or server receive path into unbounded allocation and service interruption; no data modification or disclosure is described.
