Memory exposure via oversized BLE connection request

Buffer over-read in Silicon Labs WiSeConnect SDK 2.0.0 through 2.x and 4.0.0 through 4.x exposes device memory to physically proximate attackers. The BLE stack accepts a connection request whose Data Length extends the packet to 247 bytes, then accepts L2CAP packets with inconsistent lengths and allocates more memory than the payload requires. Physically proximate attackers need no credentials or shared keys and can connect directly as a malicious central; the exposed memory is not further characterized.
