CVE-2026-65935Public exploit

Adjacent pairing bypass via zero temporary key

Published Aug 13, 2026 · Updated Aug 13, 2026

Authentication bypass in Silicon Labs WiSeConnect SDK 2.x and 4.x allows physically proximate attackers to defeat BLE passkey pairing. The legacy-pairing state machine accepts an sm_random message whose temporary key is zero, completing pairing without the entered passkey. The attacker must act as a malicious BLE central within radio range during passkey-entry pairing; success removes the method's man-in-the-middle protection and exposes paired-device data to unauthorized reading or modification.
