Service interruption via unclamped GIF copy length

Out-of-bounds read in PyTorch Torchvision 0.28.0 and earlier allows attackers to crash GIF-decoding processes via crafted images. The read_from_tensor callback calculates the remaining byte count but passes giflib's larger requested length to memcpy, which reads beyond the input tensor. Exploitation requires an application to decode a malicious or truncated GIF; a crash is demonstrated, while giflib can also consume adjacent heap data.
