Cross-site scripting in Cure53 DOMPurify before 3.4.0 allows attackers to execute script via attacker-controlled HTML. The _parseConfig() logic fails to clear function-valued ADD_ATTR or ADD_TAGS handlers when a later sanitize() call supplies an array, leaving EXTRA_ELEMENT_HANDLING to approve dangerous attributes or forbidden tags. Exploitation requires a shared instance, a prior function-predicate call, a later array-based call, and rendering of the sanitized result in a user-accessible page.
