CVE-2026-6590Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated image disclosure via absolute-path override

Published Apr 20, 2026 · Updated Apr 20, 2026

Path traversal in ComfyUI 0.1 through 0.13.0 allows remote attackers to read server-accessible image files through its preview endpoint. The get_model_preview handler passes a decoded absolute filename to os.path.join without a containment check, causing the configured model directory to be discarded before glob and Pillow open the file. Remote reachability requires exposing the localhost-only server; disclosure is limited to image formats readable by Pillow and files accessible to the process.
