Authenticated page relocation via slug path traversal

Path traversal in Grav API Plugin before 1.0.10 allows remote authenticated users to relocate page directories outside the pages tree. PagesController::move() concatenates a slug containing slash and dot-dot segments into a destination passed to Folder::move() without a containment check. The api.pages.write permission is sufficient to move page content and media anywhere writable by the web-server process, removing them from their original site location.
