CVE-2026-65893

Elevated code execution via removable-media debug feature

Published Jul 27, 2026 · Updated Jul 27, 2026

Active debug code in CP PLUS EZ-P21 IP Camera firmware 4.8.8.1 and earlier allows attackers to execute elevated code via removable media. The enabled firmware debug feature executes arbitrary code placed on removable media when triggered; CERT-In does not identify the implementing routine. Physical access is required to supply the media and trigger execution, after which the code runs with elevated privileges on the camera.
