Cross-account modification via user ID substitution

Authorization bypass in SuperAGI 0.0.14 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify another user account via a user ID. The update_user function in superagi/controllers/user.py accepts a caller-controlled user_id and updates that user without verifying ownership. A valid account and network access to the User Update Endpoint are required; the documented impact is unauthorized cross-account changes, not data disclosure.
