Cache-based denial of service via unauthenticated purge

Missing authentication in the Clean endpoint of liangliangyy DjangoBlog 2.1.0 allows remote attackers to purge the application cache. The clean_cache_view function calls cache.clear() and returns success without checking authentication or authorization. Any network client that can reach /clean can repeatedly flush cached entries, forcing subsequent requests to rebuild data and increasing database load enough to interrupt service.
