Cross-account password disclosure via unchecked public-link account ID

Missing authorization in the public-link workflow in sysPass 3.2.11 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to expose vault passwords. PublicLinkController accepts an untrusted accountId, and AccountService retrieves and decrypts that account without an account-level ACL check before storing its cleartext password in a public-link record. Exploitation requires PUBLICLINK_CREATE permission, an unlocked master-key context, and a valid CSRF token; unauthenticated retrieval also requires disclosure of the generated link hash.
