Authenticated privilege escalation via unprotected role template write

Authorization bypass in KodCloud KodExplorer 4.52 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to grant public groups write access. The systemRole/get handler routes a group_role request into roleGroupAction, whose set branch writes client-supplied role_arr data to the global role-template file without the required role-management check. A low-privilege account can therefore replace the built-in read-only template and enable unauthorized file creation for users assigned to affected public groups.
