Unauthenticated arbitrary file access via bearer-token traversal

Path traversal in H2O.ai h2oGPT 0.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read, write, and delete server-accessible files. The get_user_dir function in openai_server/backend_utils.py passes the bearer token directly to os.path.join as a directory component without validation. With the default EMPTY API key disabling authentication, the content, delete, and upload endpoints permit arbitrary file access and code execution through attacker-controlled startup or application-loaded files.
