CVE-2026-65696Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated data access and deletion via unchecked userId

Published Jul 23, 2026 · Updated Jul 23, 2026

Authorization bypass in sct Overseerr 1.35.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read and delete other users' push subscriptions. The three push-subscription handlers use the path userId directly in database lookups without checking session ownership and return joined user records without filtering. Any default-permission account can expose endpoint keys, email addresses, and Plex identifiers or remove another user's notification channel.
