Privilege escalation via DNS zone file disclosure
Published Aug 26, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026
Injection in Plesk for Linux before 18.0.79.8 and 18.0.80 through 18.0.80.3 allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The DNS zone management functionality fails to neutralize special elements, but Plesk has not published the affected parameter or downstream operation. An ordinary hosting subscription with a DNS-managed domain is sufficient; exposed administrator or database credentials grant full panel and hosted-database access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
