Authorization bypass via unchecked TCP transport reference

Incorrect authorization in Traefik Proxy 3.6.17 through 3.6.22 and 3.7.1 through 3.7.6 allows remote authenticated users to reuse TCP transports. The Kubernetes CRD provider accepts IngressRouteTCP service serversTransport values ending in @file without applying the configured crossProviderNamespaces allowlist. A low-privileged Kubernetes user outside that allowlist can make Traefik use file-provider TCP transport settings, including backend mTLS certificates, SPIFFE identity, or PROXY protocol.
