Router crash or code execution via unchecked copy
Published Apr 19, 2026 · Updated Apr 19, 2026
Buffer overflow in H3C Magic B0 100R002 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router or execute code via a crafted web request. The Edit_BasicSSID handler at /goform/aspForm copies the param field without enforcing a length limit, overflowing its destination buffer. Access to the management interface and a low-privileged session are required; successful exploitation can interrupt routing or run code on the appliance.
