Authentication bypass via unchecked self-issued token claims

Authentication bypass in affected Apache CXF OIDC releases allows remote attackers to gain authenticated access using crafted self-issued ID tokens. The relying-party validator accepts these tokens without enforcing issuer, subject, audience, time, or sub_jwk key-binding checks. The path is reachable only when self-issued ID tokens are enabled, which is not the validator default; successful exploitation grants access under a forged identity.
