Author-level stored XSS via SVG type misclassification

Stored cross-site scripting in Themeisle Orbit Fox 3.0.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script through SVG uploads. The SVG module's sanitize_uploaded_file method passes the temporary upload basename to wp_check_filetype, so SVG content is not recognized and bypasses its sanitizer. Exploitation requires Author-level upload access and a victim to render the stored SVG, executing script within that victim's WordPress origin.
