Contributor-level script execution via undisclosed input handling
Published Jul 23, 2026 · Updated Jul 23, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in LA-Studio Element Kit for Elementor 1.6.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. Patchstack has not disclosed the affected widget, input field, or missing neutralization operation that permits contributor-supplied content to reach a browser. Contributor access and a privileged user's interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled JavaScript in that user's browser context.
