Kernel-address disclosure via console-security notifications

Kernel information disclosure in Apple operating systems before 26.6 or macOS Sequoia before 15.8 allows local users to read a kernel address. IOService::updateConsoleUsers sends gRegistryRoot as a zero-length console-security notification argument, causing the pointer value itself to be copied into a user-space Mach message. A local app, including a sandboxed app in the published demonstration, can obtain the address when console-user state changes; no memory contents or modification capability are disclosed.
