CVE-2026-65370Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Unauthenticated request injection via malformed Transfer-Encoding parsing

Published Aug 12, 2026 · Updated Aug 12, 2026

HTTP request smuggling in Apple ServiceTalk before 0.42.65 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary HTTP requests via malformed headers. HttpObjectDecoder.readHeaders accepts Transfer-Encoding on non-HTTP/1.1 messages, treats chunked as final when it is not, and keeps connections open after Transfer-Encoding and Content-Length conflicts. Unauthenticated network access to an HTTP/1.x endpoint using the affected decoder is sufficient; parser disagreement can splice attacker-controlled requests into the connection.
