Process crash via Reed-Solomon heap overwrite

Heap-based buffer overflow in Wireshark 4.4.0 through 4.4.14 and 4.6.0 through 4.6.4 allows attackers to crash the process. The DCP-ETSI PFT Reed-Solomon path allocates decoded_size bytes, but rs_deinterleave and rs_correct_data write c_max times PFT_RS_N bytes without ensuring that allocation is large enough. A malformed packet injected onto a monitored network or opened from a capture file reaches the overwrite; the published impact is a Wireshark or TShark crash.
