Local socket access via post-bind permission change

TOCTOU in the NIO connector in Apache Tomcat allows local users to access a Unix domain socket during its creation. NioEndpoint binds the socket before applying unixDomainSocketPathPermissions, leaving the endpoint under default filesystem permissions until the later attribute change. Exploitation requires local host access and an NIO connector configured for a Unix domain socket with restrictive requested permissions; the consequence is unauthorized communication through that socket.
