Unauthorized resource access via constraint ordering

Incorrect authorization in affected Apache Tomcat releases allows remote attackers to access protected resources via crafted HTTP requests. Security constraint processing honors an earlier longer-path rule instead of applying the more restrictive rule for its shorter subpath. Exposure requires that rule ordering, and the bypass grants only the resource access permitted by the less restrictive constraint.
