Improper access control in Lenovo Smart Connect before 09.0.2.003.000 allows local users to read files owned by another Windows user. Lenovo has not disclosed the affected file-handling component or the access-control operation that fails to enforce per-user file ownership. Exploitation requires a local authenticated account on the same Windows system and exposes another user's files without reported write access or code execution.
