Data exposure and tampering via path normalization

Path traversal in NVIDIA OpenShell 0.0.33 and earlier allows local users to bypass L7 REST policy and access restricted API paths. The L7 REST proxy evaluates OPA rules against a raw HTTP request target and forwards it to an upstream service that normalizes dot segments and doubled slashes. Code already running inside a sandbox can prefix a forbidden path with an allowed path, exposing or modifying data available through the permitted upstream service.
