Code execution via incomplete provisioning denylist
Published Aug 25, 2026 · Updated Aug 25, 2026
Input validation in NVIDIA OpenShell 0.0.33 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code and elevate privileges. The sandbox provisioning API checks attacker-controlled provisioning inputs against an incomplete denylist, so prohibited input forms pass validation. Access to the provisioning API is required; successful exploitation can also expose or alter data and interrupt service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
