Daemon crash via BOOTREPLY buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in dnsmasq on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 allows remote attackers to crash the daemon via BOOTREPLY. In rfc2131.c, BOOTREPLY handling replaces OPTION_AGENT_ID with OPTION_END and then clears option_len plus two bytes after the option, writing one byte beyond an exact-size 552-byte receive buffer. The path is reachable only when --dhcp-split-relay is enabled; the demonstrated consequence is memory corruption followed by a dnsmasq abort.
