Unauthenticated internal-service access via unfiltered healthcheck host

Server-side request forgery in Keep commit 91c75e0 and earlier allows remote attackers to reach internal services through its healthcheck API. The unauthenticated POST /providers/healthcheck handler instantiates a provider from caller-supplied JSON and passes its unfiltered host to Grafana validation requests. No authentication or tenant context is required; backend access to internal services or cloud metadata enables response probing and credential disclosure.
