Submission disclosure via unauthorized block token exposure

Missing authorization in Ninja Forms 3.14.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose stored form submissions. The submissions-table block render callback accepts an arbitrary formID and injects a signed bearer token into the published page without checking the author's access to that form. Author-level access is sufficient to publish the block, after which unauthenticated visitors can use the token with the REST API to read all saved field values.
