Cross-tenant log disclosure via missing realm filter

Information disclosure in OpenRemote before 1.26.2 allows remote authenticated users to read other tenants' operational logs. SyslogResource authorizes GET /api/{realm}/syslog/event with read:rules, while SyslogService.getEvents() queries system-wide SyslogEvent records without a realm field or filter. A tenant account holding read:rules can expose asset identifiers, agent endpoints, rule names, and protocol errors across the deployment.
