Authenticated profile image deletion via member_id

Authorization bypass in ATutor 2.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' profile pictures via crafted album requests. The profile picture album endpoint trusts a caller-supplied member_id to choose which account image to remove and does not verify that the target record belongs to the current session. Any student account can therefore delete instructor or administrator profile images, but the published record describes only unauthorized image removal and no broader account compromise.
