Server-side request forgery in import functionality in ATutor 2.2.4 allows remote authenticated administrators to reach internal or local resources. Public advisories do not name the exact import handler, but they state that the import workflow dereferences an administrator-supplied URI and does not restrict destination hosts or file:// access when PHP URL wrappers are enabled.
