Cross-course file disclosure via get.php traversal

Path traversal in ATutor 2.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to read files from other course directories via crafted get.php paths. When AT_FORCE_GET_FILE is enabled, get.php takes PATH_INFO or related request path data, appends it to AT_CONTENT_DIR and the current session course_id, and only then resolves the path, letting ../ segments escape the active course directory and reach sibling course content. Exploitation requires a valid session and the non-default AT_FORCE_GET_FILE setting; the published impact is unauthorized cross-course file access and filesystem layout disclosure, not arbitrary server-wide file read.
