Service interrupt via unbounded pre-auth body reads

Denial of service in QuantumNous New API before 1.0.0-rc.11 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via oversized payment webhooks. In router/api-router.go and the Stripe, Creem, and Waffo webhook handlers, the application reads and logs entire unauthenticated request bodies before validating webhook signatures, so oversized bodies consume memory and expand logs even when the request is rejected. Exposure requires an enabled public payment webhook endpoint, and the documented consequence is availability loss through memory pressure, container restarts, or disk exhaustion rather than forged payments.
