Memory corruption via stale ADX channel state

Out-of-bounds memory access in FFmpeg 4.4 through 8.1.2 allows attackers to read or write memory via a crafted ADX or AAX file. In libavcodec/adxdec.c, adx_decode_frame re-parses mid-stream extradata without updating channel state, then indexes prev[] with a stale channel count. A user or automated media workflow must parse the file; the resulting corruption crashes the process, discloses process memory, or enables code execution depending on memory layout and protections.
