Service interruption via undersized ASF object loop

Infinite loop in FFmpeg 0.6.3 through 8.1.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted RTP/ASF stream. The rtp_asf_fix_header function accepts an ASF object chunksize below the 24-byte header minimum, so its parser pointer never advances. Exploitation requires an active application to ingest and demux an untrusted real-time stream, consuming CPU and stalling the processing worker.
