Remote code execution via backup symlink traversal

Path traversal in Home Assistant Core before 2026.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted backup archive. The backup-restore extractor accepts a SYMTYPE member with an absolute link target, then writes a regular-file member through that unchecked symlink. A user with backup-restore privileges must actively restore the archive; the official container then executes the overwritten Python path as root.
