Arbitrary code execution in JetBrains PhpStorm before 2026.2 allows local attackers to run code through project tooling before trust is granted. JetBrains has not disclosed which project-tooling component processes the untrusted project or what unsafe operation triggers execution. The flaw is reachable before project trust is granted and executes code with the IDE user's privileges.
