CVE-2026-64744

Kernel-memory disclosure via insufficient validation

Published Jul 27, 2026 · Updated Jul 27, 2026

Kernel information disclosure in macOS Sonoma before 14.8.8, Sequoia before 15.7.8, and Tahoe before 26.6 allows local users to read kernel memory. Apple attributes the leak to insufficient validation in the Kernel but has not disclosed the affected interface, input, or operation. A user must run an app locally; the reported consequence is kernel-memory disclosure, with no integrity or availability impact.
