Authenticated memory disclosure via crafted timezone format string

Format-string injection in PostgreSQL timeofday() before 18.4, 17.10, 16.14, 15.18, and 14.23 allows remote authenticated users to read server memory. The function treats a crafted timezone zone as a formatting template, causing formatting directives to consume and return unintended values from server memory. A valid database login is required, and the documented consequence is limited to disclosure of portions of server memory.
